Returns & Refunds policy
Due to the nature of our products, we don't offer refunds. We offer store credit only for items that have not been opened and tags are still intact. Items can be returned at the expense of the purchaser. Store credits will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The store credits can be used at any of our stores. Please DO NOT submit another purchase before you receive your store credit discount code. (The store credit requests will be processed within 5 business days).

To request store credit, just simply complete the form below. Upon providing or confirming a receipt or other proof of purchase, the store credit requests will be processed and a customized discount code will be sent to you via e-mail or text.
If store credits are no used within 90 days, customers must resubmit a request to receive a new discount code.
